Q Q1: Can I visit your factory?

A A1:it is our pleasure to invite you to visit our factory. Our factory is located in Shuikou Town, Kaiping City, Guangdong Province. It takes about 2 hours by car from Guangzhou City to our factory. It takes one and a half hours from Foshan City to our factory."
Q Q2:What is your production time?

A A2:It depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes 30-35 days after we receive your deposit.
Q Q3:Can your factory print our logo on the products?

A A3:With the customer's consent, our factory can laser the customer's logo on the product.Customer needs to provide us with a trademark use authorization letter so that we can print the customer's logo on the product.
Q Q4: Do you accept small orders?

A A4: Yes, we accept small orders or trial orders to test the market demand. MOQ is 20pieces.
Q Q5:Does your factory have design and development capabilities for the custom products we need?

A A5:The staff in our R&D department has good experience in the faucet industry, with over 5 to 10 years of experience. We can customize products for you; please contact us for more details.
Q Q6:What are the shipping methods?

A A6: For sample orders, we can ship by FedEx, DHL, TNT express, and for large quantities, we can ship by sea, air, or rail according to customer requirements.
